Dear Parents,
Our end of the year Blue and White Day activities will be held Friday, May 31st at Sugarhouse Park. It will be at the Southeast Field, the same location as previous years (please refer to the attached map). As we did last year, transportation to the park will be provided by the school. Junior Kindergarten through Middle Prep will be bussed to and from the park, Upper prep through E-form will walk to and from the park. As always, parents and siblings are welcome to attend the Blue and White Day activities.
Drop off: Students should be dropped off at school no later than 8:30 am to meet with their homeroom classes before the classes depart. Departure time is 8:45. ALL students who plan to attend Blue and White need to meet together with their homeroom class before departure. There will not be an area for student drop-off provided at the park. All students will be traveling together with their classes.
Parents and siblings of Carden students are welcome to come and be spectators. Planned activities are planned for current students and their teachers. There will be no parking available in the Southeast Field parking lot this year. Parking is available in any other lot or on 1700 East.
No Dog: We do not have a permit for any animals. Please leave dogs at home.
Departure from Sugarhouse Park and Pick Up: Classes will return by bus or on foot to the school after the field day activities. Once at school, they will attend the E-Form Tug-O-War, have popsicles, then attend the awards assembly and the end of year slide show. Rounds will be at the school at 12:00 noon.
Just a reminder there were be no extended care on this day.
