At Carden Memorial School, we believe in
more than just academic excellence.
We are committed to nurturing the whole child—mind, heart, and spirit—in a caring, faith-based community. Our classical Christian education framework is designed to not only challenge the intellect but also cultivate character, wisdom, and a deep sense of purpose in each of our students.
Community Service and
Outreach Opportunities
Service is at the heart of Carden Memorial School’s ethos. We believe in the value of giving back to the community and the world at large, fostering a spirit of generosity and compassion in our students. Our outreach programs, such as the Road Home lunches and sock drives, offer hands-on opportunities for students to make a tangible difference. These experiences teach the importance of service and the impact of kindness, embodying the Christian call to love and serve others.

Weekly Devotional
Weekly devotionals are cornerstone practices that enrich our students’ spiritual lives and form the foundation of our community’s values. These gatherings offer a structured pathway for exploring faith, ethics, and personal development.
Lower School Devotional
Held every Friday at 9:00 AM, this service is tailored for our Jr. Kindergarten through 3rd-grade students. It features age-appropriate messages, songs, and prayers that introduce and reinforce biblical principles in a nurturing environment.

Taking place every Friday at 8:30 AM, the Upper School Devotional for 4th through 8th graders delves deeper into scripture, offering students a chance to engage with more complex Biblical concepts and discussions. This service often includes guest speakers, student-led worship, and opportunities for reflection.
Special Services
Throughout the academic year, special chapel services are held to observe significant Christian holidays and themes, such as Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. These services are designed to bring the entire school community together, fostering a shared spiritual experience.
Daily Devotionals
Every school day begins with a morning devotional in each classroom. song, a prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance, and a moment of silent reflection.
